Part-Time Embedded IoT Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Embedded & IoT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IoT and embedded systems projects. The ideal candidate will bridge technical expertise with project management skills, ensuring smooth collaboration between engineering teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IoT/Embedded projects from concept to deployment.
• Coordinate with hardware, firmware, and software teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
• Support recruitment and mentoring of technical interns/engineers when required.
• Manage documentation, testing protocols, and quality assurance processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in Embedded Systems, IoT platforms, and project management.
• Strong understanding of microcontrollers, sensors, communication protocols (MQTT, BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud IoT platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT).
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• PMP or Agile certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: Rs1,500.00 - Rs2,200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 per week
