Title: Part-Time Marketer (Ads + Content)

Location: Kuwait (on-site/hybrid) — Kuwait residents only

Schedule: ~ 6 hours/day , 2–3 days/week

Compensation: Negotiable

Role Overview

Own weekly marketing execution: plan campaigns, run paid ads, shoot & edit short-form content, and share quick insights to improve results. On-site shooting in Kuwait is required (own gear is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Build weekly mini-plans aligned to KPIs (leads/CPL, ROAS, reach).
• Launch & optimize ads on Meta (FB/IG), TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads .
• Set up pixels/GA4 events, UTMs, remarketing; run A/B tests on hooks/creatives.
• Film and photograph products (massage chairs, coffee gear) and edit for ads/Reels (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
• Schedule posts; write Arabic & English captions ; light community replies/lead handoff.
• Produce a simple weekly report (spend, CTR, CPL/ROAS, best creatives, next steps).
• Review landing/product pages for message match and quick conversion wins.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ads management across Meta/TikTok/Snap/Google with tracking (GA4, pixels, UTMs).
• Strong shooting skills (mobile or mirrorless) and editing (Premiere/DaVinci/CapCut; Photoshop/Lightroom/Canva).
• Bilingual Arabic/English; clear communication and organization.
• Nice to have: basic motion graphics; influencer/UGC coordination.
