Part-Time Marketing Assistant

Job Summary

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and sales teams. This role focuses on maintaining accurate marketing contact lists, generating actionable data reports, and ensuring our sales team has the insights they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain marketing contact databases (e.g., CRM, email lists)
• Clean and verify data to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Generate reports and dashboards to support sales outreach and campaign performance
• Assist in segmenting audiences for targeted marketing efforts
• Collaborate with sales team to identify data needs and deliver timely insights
• Support ad hoc marketing tasks such as list building, research, and basic analytics

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in marketing, sales support, or data entry
• Understanding of email marketing platforms and segmentation
• Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and KPIs

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:
