Petcare Deluxe® LLC is a professional, insured and bonded in-home pet care company serving Northeast Ohio. We specialize in dependable, team-based care for dogs and cats, providing peace of mind for pet owners through consistent and reliable service.

We are currently expanding our team and looking for a responsible, animal-loving individual to provide dog walking and drop-in pet care services in Medina and Brunswick

Candidates located in or close to these areas are strongly preferred.

Position Summary

• Midday availability is highly preferred (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
• Additional opportunities may be available mornings, evenings, and weekends (7:00 AM – 10:00 PM)
• Visits range from 20 to 60 minutes
• No overnight care required
• Weekly hours vary based on client demand

This position works well for individuals seeking flexible, part-time income such as students, retirees, or those with open midday availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Walk dogs and provide in-home pet visits for cats and dogs
• Feed pets, refresh water, clean litter boxes, and provide companionship
• Follow detailed care instructions for each household
• Use our scheduling app (Time To Pet) to track visits and communicate updates
• Ensure each visit is completed with professionalism and attention to detail

Optional Additional Opportunities (Extra Income)

Participation is optional but available for team members who want to earn more:

Local Outreach (Flyers & Goodie Bags)

• Distribute materials to neighborhoods and local businesses
• Flexible scheduling, additional weekly hours available

Community Events

• Represent the company at pet-related events and local pop-ups
• Assist with setup and interact with potential clients

Online Engagement

• Participate in local community groups (Facebook, Nextdoor, etc.)
• Help promote services and increase awareness
• Paid per approved activity

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass a background screening
• Reliable vehicle required
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Prior pet care experience is helpful but not required (training provided)

Compensation

• 20–30 minute visits: starting at $10
• 45–60 minute visits: starting at $18
• Opportunities for raises and performance-based incentives

• Job Type: Part-Time / Independent Contractor
• Estimated Hours: 2–15 hours per week
• Additional optional hours available through outreach and events
