• Are you a seasoned childcare professional who loves staying active and nurturing young minds? Our growing family in Eden Prairie is looking for a dependable, fun-loving nanny to join our team! We have a happy, high-energy 19-month-old boy and are excited to be welcoming a newborn this September.

I primarily work from home and need a trusted partner to engage our son while I focus on work, manage the household, and run errands.

• The Schedule

Hours: 15–24 hours per week (ideally 5–8 hours per day).

Days: 3 days per week.

Flexibility: We are open to adjusting the number of days/hours for the right fit.

• What You’ll Do

We aren't just looking for a supervisor; we want someone who will truly partner with our son in his development. Your day will include:

Active Play: Planning age-appropriate activities and crafts.

Outdoor Adventures: Taking daily walks and enjoying local parks.

Daily Care: Handling meal times, snacks, and keeping a consistent nap schedule.

Light Household Help: Keeping play areas tidy and assisting with general pick-up/light housekeeping.

• Who You Are

Experienced: You have 5–10 years of professional childcare experience.

High Energy: You can keep up with a fast-moving toddler with a smile on your face.

Nurturing: You have a "calm in the storm" presence and a genuine love for early childhood development.

Reliable: Punctuality and dependability are non-negotiable for you.

• Requirements

Proven track record with toddlers (infant experience is a huge plus for September!).

Strong communication skills.

Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
