Part-Time QA (Customer Support)

Role Overview

We are looking for a part-time QA person who can not only review customer support interactions but also help the team improve through feedback and short trainings.

This role is ideal for someone who understands good communication and can guide others in a simple, practical way.

What You’ll Do

  • Review customer support chats and calls
  • Identify gaps in communication and service quality
  • Share clear, actionable feedback with team members
  • Conduct short feedback calls with support staff
  • Provide small trainings or guidance on areas of improvement
  • Help maintain consistency in tone, accuracy, and professionalism

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and understanding of tone
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to guide others in a simple and supportive way
  • Experience in customer support or QA is a plus
