Contract Sales Operations Analyst – Partner Lifecycle (Remote - CO)

This is a high-impact contingent worker opportunity with Randstad in partnership with a leading cloud data platform, supporting their Professional Services Operations and managing the full lifecycle of partner resources.

Opportunity Details

• Position Title: Sales Operations Analyst (Contingent Worker)
• Location: Remote (Must be based in Colorado)
• Compensation: Up to $70.00 per hour
• Contract Term: 2-Month LOA (with strong potential for extension)

You Will:

• Manage the full lifecycle of partner resources, including onboarding, extensions, and offboarding.
• Assign and monitor compliance of mandatory security training for partner resources.
• Review and approve partner invoices.
• Support partner resources with timecard issues, questions, and system access inquiries.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of professional services operations or related experience, ideally in an enterprise software company.
• Experience in Professional Services Partner management.
• Experience working with a PSA system.
• Assertive conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and concise communication in both written and verbal form.
• Highly detail oriented and able to work autonomously.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease.

Desired (A Plus)

• FinancialForce/Certinia experience is a plus.
