Job Title: Partner / Senior Director – Internal Audit

Location: Bahrain

Salary: 1200 BHD + Attractive Commission

Industry Preference: Big 4 / Consulting Firms

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Partner / Senior Director – Internal Audit to establish and lead a new Internal Audit division in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should come from a Big 4 or leading consulting background , with strong expertise in internal audit, risk management, governance, and business development .

This role requires a strategic leader who can build the division from the ground up, acquire new clients, grow revenue, and deliver high-quality advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup and expansion of the Internal Audit division in Bahrain.
• Develop business strategies to acquire new clients and grow market presence.
• Drive revenue generation through client acquisition and cross-selling services.
• Provide strategic advisory services in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Governance, and Compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and regulators.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing audit and advisory team.
• Oversee execution of internal audit engagements ensuring quality and compliance with professional standards.
• Identify market opportunities and introduce new service offerings.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and participate in business pitches.

Requirements:

• Proven experience at Partner / Senior Director / Director level in Internal Audit or Risk Advisory.
• Prior experience with Big 4 firms (PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG) preferred.
• Strong expertise in Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Controls, Governance, Compliance .
• Demonstrated track record in business development and revenue generation .
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Experience in GCC market is highly preferred.
• Professional qualifications such as CIA, CA, ACCA, CPA, CISA, MBA are an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: 1200 BHD per month
