Job purpose:
As a Partnerships Lead at Paymob, you will drive strategic partnerships that strengthen our network and optimize value for our clients
In this role, you’ll collaborate with key suppliers, develop innovative partnership strategies, and manage relationships that support our business objectives
What You’ll Bring In:
- Identify, engage, and onboard strategic partners to enhance our product offerings and service capabilities.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to align with business growth and customer needs
- Manage and nurture relationships with partners, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with Paymob's values.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new partnership opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to optimize partner engagement and performance
- Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance, ensuring continuous improvement and value delivery
What We're Looking For:
- An experienced partnerships or vendor management professional with 2+ years in fintech, tech, or a related field
- A strategic thinker who can align partnerships with business goals and deliver measurable value
- A strong communicator and negotiator who builds trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Skilled in using CRM tools and analyzing data to drive decisions
- Curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve performance and collaboration
- Educated with a degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
