About the Role

Skymium is seeking a Partnerships & Outreach Manager to lead our external relations. We need a dedicated "connector" who can professionally represent our brand and open doors that are currently closed.

This is a Full-Time role for a strategic thinker who is comfortable with aggressive outreach. You will be responsible for building relationships with influencers, securing B2B alliances, and booking media opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influencer Relations: Scout, vet, and negotiate with influencers (Micro & Macro) for brand collaborations. You are responsible for the entire relationship lifecycle, from the first DM to the final deliverable.
  • Strategic B2B Partnerships: Identify and pitch marketing agencies and other businesses for joint ventures and collaborative projects.
  • Media & Podcast Booking: Pitch our team to be featured on industry podcasts and invite high-profile guests to collaborate with us.
  • Cold Outreach: Execute daily email and direct message campaigns. You must be comfortable initiating conversations with cold prospects.
  • Network Management: Maintain an organized CRM of partners/contacts to ensure relationships stay warm and productive.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years in Business Development, PR, Influencer Marketing, or Agency Client Relations.
  • Communication: Flawless written and verbal English is non-negotiable. You will be communicating with CEOs and high-tier creators.
  • Research Skills: Ability to dig deep to find the correct decision-maker and their contact details (moving beyond generic info@ emails).
  • Persistence: You must be resilient and comfortable with follow-ups. You view "no" as a "not right now."
  • Organization: Strong project management skills to track multiple conversations and deals simultaneously.
