Partnerships Specialist

Job Summary:

Plays a key role in cultivating and managing strategic relationships with enterprise clients. By aligning solutions with client objectives, the expert drives long-term business growth, identifies new opportunities within existing accounts, and ensures mutually beneficial outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, nurture, and manage strong partnerships with enterprise clients.
  • Ensure solutions are tailored to client strategies and deliver measurable business value.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and propose tailored business solutions.
  • Lead contract discussions and support negotiations to maximise profitability.
  • Design, maintain, and analyse reports and dashboards to track account performance, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
  • Provide actionable insights through data visualisation and reporting to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experience and value delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.
  • Proven expertise in enterprise partnerships, account development, or strategic business consulting.
  • Strong client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate client objectives into actionable partnership strategies.
  • Track record of driving business growth and strengthening long-term client relationships.
