Partnerships Specialist

You will be responsible for driving brand growth through strategic lifestyle partnerships and on-ground activations. This role focuses on identifying high-value venues, securing partnerships, and ensuring product is visible, stocked, and actively experienced by customers in key locations. The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially driven, and thrives in fast-paced, on-the-ground environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure lifestyle partners (such as cafes, gyms, studios, restaurants, coworking spaces)
  • On-ground activation: Plan and execute simple activations (sampling/tasting)
  • Pipeline & tracking: Build a target list, manage outreach, and share weekly updates with management on progress and results.
  • Internal coordination: Work with sales & ops for stock/fridge installation and with marketing for assets & comms.

Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with on-ground work and field visits
  • Organized with strong tracking and reporting abilities
  • Existing network in lifestyle, F&B, or fitness industries is a plus
  • Passion for building brands and creating market buzz
