At Ali & Sons Motors Division, we take pride in delivering excellence across every customer touchpoint. We’re looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Advisor to support our aftersales operations and ensure seamless parts service to both customers and technicians.

As a Parts Advisor, you will be the key link between our workshop, customers, and the parts department - ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service in every transaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers/technicians, identify their parts needs, and provide accurate advice using EPC and DMS systems.
  • Prepare parts estimates, quotations, and delivery orders while ensuring accurate invoicing and documentation.
  • Advise customers on product use, care, and warranty or return policies.
  • Manage parts availability, orders, and returns while maintaining proper inventory control.
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for non-available or VOR (Vehicle Off Road) parts.
  • Monitor sales performance against budget and support accessories display and promotion activities.
  • Ensure all parts movements, records, and documentation comply with company procedures and audit standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computerized warehouse/inventory systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Customer-oriented, organized, and detail-driven professional.
