Parts Manager

We're seeking to add a Parts Manager to the Elite RV Roof and Collision team!

Elite RV Roof and Collision is a fast-growing collision and repair shop for recreational vehicles that prides itself on quality, efficiency, and teamwork. Parts Advisor Duties/Demands Include:

*RV Experience preferable, not required

• Sourcing job-specific and specialty parts in a timely manner as necessary to complete jobs in accordance with the shop schedule
• Reviews shop estimates to be sure that ordered parts are correct and pricing is in line with the estimate
• Pulls and fills orders from stock
• Notifies service advisor of out-of-stock parts
• Locates out-of-stock parts from an outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary
• Follows up on back-ordered parts as needed until resolved
• Replenishes assigned inventory daily
• Makes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order
• Processes payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization
• Issues and tracks requested shop tools to technicians
• Keeps orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special-order parts
• Maintains and refines parts organization system as needed in order to efficiently locate parts for customer jobs and maintain a tidy facility
• Proactively communicates with the service team on parts status updates for current jobs to support them in customer communication and job delivery
• Sets up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up
• Stays current with new products and product updates
• Other duties as assigned

Note: Pay will range from an hour contingent on experience and candidate's qualifications
