Parts Sales Consultant

Are you passionate about automotive parts and customer service? We’re looking for a Parts Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team and help us deliver exceptional service and solutions to our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Achieve monthly and annual parts sales targets.
• Provide customers with requested parts and upsell related accessories.
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations within set timelines.
• Assist customers in solving parts-related issues and identifying correct part numbers.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Expedite special orders and follow up on back orders daily.
• Maintain strong internal relationships and collaborate across departments.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing feedback and action plans.
• Drive continuous improvement by sharing ideas and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in parts sales, with strong knowledge of automotive spare parts.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Parts Catalogue, ERP systems, and MS Office.
• Language: Arabic speaking preferred.
