THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

THE PARTS SPECIALIST WILL:

• Handle incoming customer calls for parts for COE and SESCO machines.
• Handle customer complaints and disputes and communicate with Sales Department.
• Prepare quotes for parts using standard costs, reference BOM’s and cost estimating.
• Prepare accurate quotes to include all necessary parts, shop labor, and field labor using standard costs, reference BOM’s, and cost estimating.
• Support to customers with technical information, machine manuals and documentation.
• Take customer calls, screen and send to appropriate support contact.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingual (fluent level) in Spanish and English Required
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent background in industrial coil handling equipment is preferred
• Detail and results oriented
• Prior Parts Sales Experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment is required
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers and provide excellent customer service
