The Passenger Transport Inspector will be responsible for monitoring passenger transport activities across Dubai, ensuring compliance with regulations, and addressing violations. The role involves conducting field inspections, issuing fines, and preparing reports to support the enforcement of passenger transport standards.

What You ll Do

* Conduct field inspections in response to public complaints and prepare reports for the supervisor.
* Inspect vehicles during pull-out and return, ensuring internal and external cleanliness.
* Record offences and submit attachments to the franchising and enforcement department.
* Follow daily work schedules assigned by the supervisor.
* Rotate across areas to detect offenders involved in smuggling passengers and issue fines.
* Inspect vehicles on demand to confirm drivers have valid permits.
* Provide daily reports on obstacles encountered during inspections.
* Verify contracts between luxury transport companies, hotels, and bus operators for compliance.
* Perform foot patrol inspections in areas where smuggling of passengers is suspected.
* Monitor passengers to ensure no violations occur across Dubai.
* Issue fines electronically for offenders.
* Inspect vehicle side numbers to confirm they match plate numbers.

Ideal Profile

* High school certificate or equivalent.
* 0 2 years of experience in inspection, enforcement, or transportation-related roles.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to detect and report violations.
* Good communication skills for interacting with the public and reporting findings.
* Ability to work flexible shifts and perform field duties across the Emirate.
* Computer literacy and familiarity with electronic reporting systems.
