To be responsible for the day to day leadership and management of the e-commerce category management at PASSO. “PASSO E-Commerce Category Sales Manager” who significantly contributes to strengthening the company’s presence on the e-commerce and increasing sales.
Day To Day You’ll Be

Category Strategy and MAC (Merchant Acquisition Plan) – Understand the business needs and manage the expansion of “Merchant Environment”.

Partnership Management and Negotiations – Engage in negotiations to secure favorable terms, such as commission rates, advertising opportunities, and operational support.

Product and Content Management – Optimize brand portfolio and product listings of merchants.

Pricing and Competitor Analysis – Analyze market trends, monitoring competitor activities, and adjusting pricing strategies accordingly.

Performance Monitoring and Data Analysis – Analyze data allows to gain valuable insights, identify trends, and derive actionable recommendations

Build, manage and grow new strategic 3rd party partnerships and leverage existing and past partner relationships .

Find and define growth corridors and opportunities to continue scaling PASSO SuperAPP business

Reach out to new partners (Sports, Electronic,Fashion,Kids) negotiate deals and agreements.

Maintain, and further develop, a win-win relationship with our supplier partners through supporting activities.

Responsible for end to end customer journey associated with current/new product and service from design to execution.

Delivery new features and product that will create amazing user experiences and validate them with customers

Designing and managing campaign to increase customers activeness, mobile app traffic and profitability for all customer segments.

Developing research and analytical reports on potential business market opportunities

Working on qualitative data, trends, strategies, SUPERAPP and competition aiming at increasing competitiveness and assessing potential new customers

Reporting the results of analysis which are related to product management processes.

Co-ordinating IT & Analytics team closely for wide/detailed analysis and implementation new products and service .
Essential Skills & Experience

Industry Knowledge and Understanding of the E-Commerce Market – A solid understanding of the e-commerce industry (6+ Years) and the dynamics of the marketplace business is essential.

Analytical Skills and Data Interpretation - The ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions is crucial to optimize performance on the marketplaces and identify growth opportunities.

Negotiation Skills and Relationship Management – Achieve win-win agreements and build long-term relationships with marketplace operators / business partners.

Communication Skills and Teamwork - The ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with different stakeholders, and coordinate teams is crucial to the success of

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.

6+ years of professional experience of product/marketing/brand collaboration management. (preferably in a hyper growth tech /fin-tech/e.com vb. company.) Eagerness to manage digital projects, 3rd party service ,campaigns and sales management

Able to see the future of the Mobile APP and new digital tech.
