Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare pastries, desserts, and chocolate products according to company standards
- Maintain consistency in quality, taste, and presentation
- Contribute creative ideas for new products and seasonal collections
- Assist in testing and developing new dessert concepts
- Maintain hygiene and organization in the pastry section
- Support daily production targets and timelines
- Monitor stock levels and minimize waste
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of pastry experience
- Solid understanding of baking techniques and dessert preparation
- Creative mindset with willingness to contribute ideas
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
