• Patent Associate-Trainee (0-1 Years of Experience)-2 Vacancies

Patent Associate-Trainee (0-1 Years of Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting patent applications and support the prosecution process for IN and US jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with senior associates to conduct patent searches, including Patentability, FTO, and Landscape studies.
• Support senior associates during inventor meetings and help document technical details.
• Learn to analyze technical concepts and assist in explaining them within the context of patent law.
• Provide administrative support in managing client portfolios and maintaining organized records.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Aeronautical, Information Science, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Master’s degree in a relevant technical field is an added advantage.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong technical understanding in Telecom, AI/Software patents, Electronics, Electrical, and Mechanical domains.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with a keen eye for detail.

Role Description: Both roles are full-time positions primarily located at Prasa IP in Bengaluru. The Patent Associate-Trainee will support patent search, patent drafting and prosecution activities.
