Role Summary

The Patient Access Representative is responsible for welcoming patients and supporting registration, scheduling, and admission processes. The role ensures accurate data entry, smooth patient flow, and a positive patient experience across all access points.

Key Responsibilities

• Register and admit patients, schedule appointments, and manage patient check‑in
• Verify patient details and insurance eligibility
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in hospital systems
• Provide high‑quality, culturally sensitive customer service

Requirements

• UAE National (mandatory – Emiratisation role)
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills
• Customer service or patient‑facing experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hospital systems
• Professional, detail‑oriented, and patient‑focused

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
