Patient Calling Representative (Healthcare Support)

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi

Position Overview

We are hiring a Patient Calling Representative to support patient communication and appointment coordination for US-based healthcare providers. This role involves interacting with patients over the phone, assisting with appointment scheduling, and ensuring that patient information is accurately recorded in the system.

This position is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with strong communication skills who are comfortable handling phone calls in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients to schedule appointments and perform follow-ups.
• Handle incoming patient calls and respond to basic questions.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and provide reminder calls when required.
• Collect and update patient demographic information in the system.
• Maintain accurate call logs, notes, and reports.
• Communicate with patients in a professional, polite, and patient-focused manner.
• Escalate complex issues or concerns to the relevant department when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum education: High School diploma or Graduate (any discipline).
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and data entry.
• Comfortable speaking with patients over the phone for extended periods.
• Professional attitude with strong customer service orientation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Previous experience in telecalling, call center, or customer support.
• Basic familiarity with healthcare terminology.

Working Hours

• Summer: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Winter: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
