Patient Care Advocate

Job Title: Patient Care Advovate
Location: Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi
Shift Timings: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM PKT
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Full Time and Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end patient care process, from receiving and processing DME orders to final delivery and follow-up.
  • Coordinate directly with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives to ensure all required documentation and approvals are in place.
  • Verify prescriptions, insurance eligibility/authorization, and patient details to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards such as Medicare, Medicaid, and other healthcare requirements.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including inventory, billing, and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain regular communication with patients to provide updates, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless care experience.
  • Document all interactions and actions in the system accurately to maintain compliance and service quality standards.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in DME or healthcare coordination.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and insurance verification skills.
  • attention to detail and patient care focus.
