Job Title: Patient Care Advocate - DME
Location: Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi
Shift Timings: 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM PST
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Full Time and Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the patients.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient orders and other assigned activities
• Proactively engage with patients, the doctor's office, insurance, and internal departments to resolve issues related to patients’ supplies.
• Perform insurance eligibility checks and obtain Prior Authorizations.
• Verify patient information and maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date records in the CRMs

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive go-getter approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer proficiency and system-handling skills; comfortable working with text-heavy systems and fast-paced working environment
