About the Hospital
Shree Kriyas Ayurveda Hospitals is a 5-bedded authentic Ayurvedic treatment hospital located on OMR, Chennai.

We specialize in Panchakarma therapies, back pain and arthritis care, stress management, detoxification, and weight loss programs under the guidance of qualified Ayurvedic doctors.

We are looking for a Patient Care and Conversion Coordinator (female ) who can handle patient counselling, treatment follow-ups, and ensure excellent patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive patients after doctor consultation and explain prescribed treatments clearly and confidently.
• Convince and convert patients to start treatment packages and ensure smooth billing and scheduling.
• Maintain continuous follow-up with patients through calls or WhatsApp until treatment completion.
• Build rapport and ensure every patient gives a positive Google review after treatment.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls – inquiries, bookings, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
• Coordinate with the doctor and therapist team for daily treatment plans and patient comfort.
• Encourage repeat visits, referrals, and medicine purchases through patient relationship management.
• Maintain front-office records, enquiry sheets, and daily conversion logs.

Required Skills

• Strong communication in Tamil and basic English (Malayalam is a plus).
• Pleasant personality and empathetic handling of patients.
• Confidence in convincing, negotiation, and sales closure.
• Ability to multitask: front office, calls, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Computer proficiency in Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel.
• Experience in Ayurveda, wellness centers, clinics, or spas preferred.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Any Graduate or Diploma (healthcare, marketing, or administration preferred).
• Female candidates only.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in patient counselling, front office, wellness, or healthcare sales.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹30,000 per month based on experience.
• Incentives:
• ₹50–₹250 per treatment conversion depending on treatment value.
• ₹50 per verified Google review.
• Quarterly bonus for 90% or higher patient satisfaction score.
• Performance-based increment after 6 months.

Timings
9:30 AM to 7:30 PM (6 days a week, Tuesday weekly off)
