Allo Health is India’s first digital health clinic focused on men’s wellness. We provide personalized, judgment-free, and discreet healthcare for patients across their wellness journey.

We are hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to manage daily clinic operations, ensure a great patient experience, and coordinate with central teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible, proactive, and efficient in handling multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities Clinic Operations

• Ensure the clinic is patient-ready before doctor arrival.
• Manage patient flow and provide a smooth patient experience.
• Conduct daily medicine audits and weekly cash deposits.
• Maintain clinic inventory (gloves, sanitizers, bags, syringes, etc.).

Patient Feedback

• Collect patient reviews and share feedback with internal teams regularly.

Coordination & Reporting

• Send daily clinic performance updates.
• Respond to tasks from the central/city team and ensure timely closure.

Relationship Management

• Maintain good relations with clinic owners, staff, and partners.
• Resolve on-ground operational issues smoothly.

BTL Activities

• Conduct doctor visits outside Allo clinics for referrals.
• Build gym and wellness centre tie-ups for awareness and lead generation.
• Support on-ground marketing activities like leafleting, standees, and local events.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinic operations or patient-facing roles (healthcare preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of digital tools and MS Office.
• Flexibility to travel across locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
