Roles & Responsibility

  • Daily Operations Management: Oversee patient flow, staff scheduling, and facility maintenance to optimize clinic efficiency.
  • Primary Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring that their needs and questions are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Patient Relations: Address patient feedback or complaints and implement service improvements to enhance the patient experience.
  • Co-ordinate With Doctors: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and address any potential barriers to treatment.

Technical Skills Required

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration is typical.
  • Experience: Requires 1–3 years of experience in healthcare management or administrative roles.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes.
  • Problem-solving skills to address patient issues and concerns promptly.
  • Empathy and compassion in dealing with patients and their families.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
