Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Patient Coordinator to join our growing team. The Patient Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing guidance, translation support, and coordination of services throughout the treatment process. This role is clinic-based and requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure an outstanding patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend and support medical consultations, providing clear and accurate translation between Turkish and English.

- Ensure patients fully understand their treatment plans, pre-operative instructions, and aftercare procedures.

- Maintain ongoing communication with patients before, during, and after their treatment to ensure continuity of care.

- Coordinate with medical staff, administration, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Handle patient inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.

- Maintain accurate patient records and support clinic operations as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Strong proficiency in both English and Turkish (written and verbal).

- Minimum of a high school diploma; higher education preferred.

- Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or translation is an advantage, but not required (training will be provided).

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Professional appearance and demeanor.

- Ability to start immediately.
