Patient Coordinator (Females only)

Welcome and assist female patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Schedule and coordinate consultations and aesthetic procedures accurately.

Provide detailed information about the clinic’s services and actively support sales by promoting treatments and offers.

Follow up with patients before and after treatments to ensure satisfaction and a positive experience.

Maintain accurate and updated patient records in the system.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Handle patient inquiries and complaints professionally and escalate when required.

Support marketing initiatives and clinic events when needed.
