Position: Patient Relations Executive (PRE) – Ayurveda
Organization: Wyga Ayurveda
Location: Kochi, Kerala

Educational Qualification

  • BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) – Mandatory
  • MHA (Master of Hospital Administration) – Preferred

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in a similar role within Ayurveda hospitals, wellness centres, or healthcare institutions

Key Responsibilities

Patient Interaction & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients from enquiry to discharge
  • Explain treatment plans, therapy procedures, and expected outcomes clearly to patients
  • Address patient concerns, feedback, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and service quality

Clinical Coordination

  • Coordinate between doctors, therapists, nursing staff, and front office teams
  • Assist doctors in patient counselling and treatment plan communication
  • Ensure smooth scheduling of consultations, therapies, and follow-ups

Administrative & Documentation Duties

  • Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and billing coordination
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, and quality standards
  • Support admissions, discharges, and insurance-related coordination if required

Communication & Language Support

  • Communicate effectively with patients across diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
  • Provide translation and explanation support in Hindi, Malayalam, English, and other languages as required

Systems & Technology Usage

  • Use Hospital Management Systems (HMS), MS Office, email, and other digital tools efficiently
  • Prepare reports, patient summaries, and MIS as required by management

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong patient counselling and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in computers, MS Office, HMS/CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage patient flow efficiently
  • Professional appearance, empathy, and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Ayurveda doctor with strong people-management and communication skills
  • Multilingual (Hindi, Malayalam, English mandatory; additional languages an advantage)
  • Experience in premium wellness or hospital settings preferred
  • Service-oriented, organized, and patient-focused

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
