Patient Relations Officer

IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT!!!

We are looking for a dedicated Patient Relations Officer to ensure a positive patient experience by assisting with inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining high service standards within the healthcare facility.

JOB TITLE: Patient Relations Officer

JOB TYPE: Full Time

WORKING HOURS: 08 hours/day

LOCATION: (Doha) Qatar

PAY RANGE: To be discussed

LANGUAGE: English (Required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with inquiries and provide accurate information
• Handle patient complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate with medical and administrative teams
• Maintain patient records and feedback logs
• Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Healthcare or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in patient relations or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle patients professionally and empathetically
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
