Patient Relationship Executive (Healthcare or Hospital only)

Position: Patient Relationship Executive

We are looking for a compassionate and customer-oriented Patient Relationship Executive to join our healthcare team in Dubai. This role plays a key part in delivering a smooth, supportive, and positive experience for patients—from their first point of contact through to post-visit follow-ups.

The ideal candidate will bring experience from a hospital, clinic, or diagnostic center, with a strong background in patient coordination, telesales, or healthcare-focused customer service. A high degree of empathy, professionalism, and excellent communication skills are essential, as most interactions will be conducted via phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up with patients, and collect feedback.
  • Manage inbound calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, doctors, procedures, and general clinic information.
  • Clearly and empathetically explain treatment options, diagnostic services, and specialist care.
  • Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions using healthcare CRM or clinic management systems.
  • Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to ensure efficient appointment scheduling and patient flow.
  • Send appointment reminders and updates through phone, SMS, or email.

Candidate Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in telesales, patient coordination, or customer service.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting (hospital, clinic, or diagnostic center) is strongly preferred.

Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (fluency in regional languages is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-focused and empathetic approach.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, courteous, and able to handle sensitive patient interactions with discretion.

Additional Information

  • Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in a relevant healthcare role.
  • Shift: 12-hour shifts (day shift or rotational, depending on clinic schedule).
  • Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
