Job Overview:

The Patient Relationship Executive (PRE) is responsible for managing patient communication and converting service inquiries into confirmed home healthcare bookings. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth, compassionate, and well-coordinated patient experience by acting as the primary liaison between patients, families, and the clinical operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion & Patient Onboarding

  • Handle inbound and outbound patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM systems.
  • Explain home healthcare services including nursing care, physiotherapy, doctor visits, and medical support services.
  • Convert leads into confirmed home-care bookings and ensure proper patient onboarding.

Patient Communication & Care Coordination

  • Act as the single point of contact for patients and families throughout the care journey.
  • Coordinate appointments, visit schedules, and service details with operations, nurses, doctors, and drivers.
  • Ensure patients receive timely updates regarding caregiver arrival, changes, or follow-ups.

Collaboration with Clinical & Operations Teams

  • Work closely with nurses, physiotherapists, doctors, and drivers to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Share accurate patient information and service requirements with internal teams

Query & Complaint Resolution

  • Address patient concerns, service issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Escalate critical issues to the Operations Lead when required and ensure closure.

Proactive Engagement & Follow-ups

  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure patient satisfaction and continuity of care.
  • Collect patient feedback and share insights to improve service quality.

Shift & Availability Requirements

  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as per business requirements.
  • Availability to support urgent patient requests and operational needs when required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in healthcare environments or in customer-facing roles including banking, call centers, front desk/reception, telecalling, sales or service support, customer relationship management, or client coordination is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with UAE healthcare service expectations and patient etiquette is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • High level of empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity
