Customer Relationship Executive

Job Purpose

The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships across the real estate lifecycle, ensuring excellent client experience from lead generation to post-sales support. The role focuses on coordination, communication, and timely resolution of customer queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, CRM tools, and walk-ins.
  • Maintain and update customer data, leads, and client records accurately in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Leasing, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth client handovers.
  • Assist customers with project information, booking details, payment schedules, and documentation.
  • Manage follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to ensure timely communication and closure.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally and within defined TAT.
  • Support the sales team with client coordination, appointment scheduling, and site visit arrangements.
  • Generate and share regular CRM reports on leads, conversions, customer feedback, and escalations.
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality aligned with real estate brand values.
  • Adhere to company policies, data confidentiality, and CRM processes at all times.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Fluent communication skills in Arabic and English (verbal & written).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge or keen interest in the real estate industry (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and handle pressure professionally.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Female candidate with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience in CRM, customer service, call center, or real estate support roles.
  • Presentable, confident, and professional in client interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per year
