Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Patrolling Supervisor to oversee security patrol operations, ensure safety standards are met, and manage patrol staff effectively. The ideal candidate is alert, organized, and confident in leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate patrolling security officers
• Conduct regular patrol inspections and spot checks
• Ensure officers follow company policies and procedures
• Handle incident reports and daily activity logs
• Respond to emergencies and support on-site staff
• Communicate with management and clients professionally
• Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and instructional manuals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related field
• Previous training or instructional experience preferred
• Knowledge of security procedures and risk management principles
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage groups and engage adult learners
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred or required depending on employer)
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, or instructor certifications)
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training sessions
• Train security personnel on:
• Access control procedures
• Emergency response and crisis management
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation
• Surveillance and monitoring systems
• Report writing and documentation
• Legal and regulatory compliance
• Conduct drills and scenario-based exercises
• Evaluate trainee performance through written tests and practical assessments
• Maintain training records and certification documentation
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Provide remedial training as needed
• Stay current on security best practices and industry standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in security or patrol supervision
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Knowledge of safety and security procedures
• Valid security license (if required by local law)
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Candidates should have locally available with valid QID

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience is required in the same filed.
