Job Title: Payment Collection Executive (Inside) – Manufacturing Industry

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Depend on Interview)

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up with clients/customers for outstanding payments.
• Maintain proper records of collections and pending dues.
• Coordinate with sales/accounts team for payment updates.
• Handle calls, emails, and reminders related to collections.
• Prepare daily/weekly payment follow-up reports.

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in payment collection / coordination.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & record keeping.
• Ability to handle client follow-ups professionally.
