We have an urgent requirement for Payment Operations Specialist – TMSX for our client based in Riyadh , Saudi.

Strong experience in Expert Payment & Treasury Operations - Must

Strong experience in payment lifecycles, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance is MUST

Strong experience in TMS/TMSX is MUST

Strong experience in Treasury Management Systems, workflows, and troubleshooting is MUST

Banking Domain - Must

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payment Operations Specialist to join our TMSX team. In this role, you will manage and oversee payment processes, ensure timely execution of transactions, and maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will be a key contributor to ensuring smooth payment operations and supporting strategic initiatives in the transaction management space.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor daily payment operations across multiple platforms and channels, including domestic and cross-border transactions.
• Manage and reconcile transaction records, ensuring accuracy and completeness in TMSX systems.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, exceptions, and failures in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, treasury, and technology teams) to optimize payment workflows and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and company policies.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to payment activities for audits and management review.
• Support process improvement initiatives, automation projects, and adoption of TMSX enhancements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for TMSX-related payment operations and system functionalities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in payment operations, treasury operations, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of payment processing, reconciliation, and banking operations.
• Experience with TMS (Treasury Management Systems) or TMSX platforms preferred.
