Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for 300+ employees.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, pension regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and post final settlements in accounts.
• Handle WPS (Wage Protection System) payroll submissions.
• Reconcile salary accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain employee payroll records, deductions, and benefits.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for smooth payroll operations.
• Assist with internal/external audits related to payroll.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Payroll Accountant (UAE experience preferred).
• Must have experience handling payroll for 300+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of UAE payroll, labor laws, gratuity, and end-of-service calculations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/accounting software.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
