Payroll Officer

At Property Shop Investment (PSI), we pride ourselves on being one of the leading real estate firms in the UAE. With a rapidly growing workforce, we are looking for a skilled Payroll Officer who can manage payroll operations efficiently while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll for 300+ employees.
  • Manage WPS (Wage Protection System) uploads and ensure timely payments.
  • Handle final settlements, gratuity, and end-of-service benefits.
  • Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including overtime, allowances, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE pension law and payroll regulations.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for smooth payroll operations.
  • Assist during internal/external audits related to payroll.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in payroll management (UAE experience required).
  • Must have managed payroll for 300+ employees.
  • Solid understanding of UAE labor law, gratuity, and pension regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/accounting systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.
