Job Title: Payroll Accountant
Role Objective
To ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, statutory compliance, and related financial reporting, while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees (monthly/weekly as applicable).
- Verify attendance, leave, overtime, and other inputs for payroll accuracy.
- Calculate wages, deductions, bonuses, incentives, reimbursements, and other earnings.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Gratuity, LWF, etc.).
- Prepare and file statutory returns within deadlines.
- Coordinate with HR for new joiners, exits, increments, and employee master data updates.
- Resolve employee payroll queries and provide payslips.
- Maintain payroll records, MIS reports, and reconciliation of payroll with accounts.
- Liaise with auditors and government authorities when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in payroll accounting / payroll management.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, taxation, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in payroll software (Tally, SAP, Excel, or other HRMS tools).
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
