We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Accountant/Administrator to join our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes for our UK clients. This role requires a strong understanding of UK payroll regulations, exceptional accuracy, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll for UK-based clients using payroll software (e.g., Bright Pay, Moneysoft, Xero Payroll, Sage).

Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation, including RTI submissions, auto-enrolment pensions, and statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP).

Maintain accurate payroll records, including pay slips, P45s, P60s, and year-end reports.

Calculate and administer holiday pay, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll adjustments.

Manage client communication professionally via email, phone, and Zoom to address payroll queries.

Liaise with HMRC for FPS/EPS submissions and other compliance requirements.

Assist in onboarding new payroll clients and setting up PAYE schemes where necessary.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field

1 to1.5 years of hands-on UK payroll experience (essential).

Proficiency in payroll software (preferably Bright Pay, Sage, Moneysoft, or similar).

Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken is must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
