Responsible for processing standard payroll transactions and maintaining employee payroll data to ensure accurate record-keeping and timely payroll processing for ITG Communications employees.

Responsibilities

  • Enter new hire details into FUSE, ADP, and E-Verify to establish payroll records for new employees.
  • Process terminations in FUSE, ADP, Employee Navigator, and Principal systems to ensure proper system updates when employees leave.
  • Process terminations in FUSE, ADP, Employee Navigator, and Principal systems to ensure proper system updates when employees leave.
  • Insert timesheet and miscellaneous pay corrections to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Process direct deposit updates, address changes, and other information updates to maintain current employee data.
  • Process garnishments, liens, and other legal documents to comply with legal requirements.
  • Create Skylight/ Net Spend cards for employees without direct deposit to ensure they can access their pay.
  • Add new hires into Principal system to enable retirement plan participation.
  • Generate monthly birthday gift card reports to support employee recognition programs.
  • Send benefit arrears letters to employees to communicate payment obligations.
  • Request approval for miscellaneous pay and bonus requests to ensure proper authorization.
  • Update missing fields in Employee Navigator to maintain complete benefit records.

Education:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s degree in business, Accounting, or related field beneficial
  • Payroll or data processing certifications helpful


Experience:


  • 1 to 2 years of experience in payroll processing or data entry preferred
  • Experience with HRIS systems beneficial
  • Background in administrative support helpful


Exposure:


  • Basic knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
  • Familiarity with data entry and verification techniques
  • Understanding of confidentiality requirements for payroll information
  • Experience with office software and systems
  • Basic knowledge of payroll and HR documentation

  • Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate data entry across multiple systems
  • Excellence in organization and follow-through to ensure all required processes are completed
  • Effective communication skills to interact professionally with employees regarding sensitive information

Perks & Benefits

  • Pay range:- $20 - $22 per hour
