We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll & Attendance Assistant to support payroll operations and maintain accurate employee attendance records. This role ensures that all time and attendance data is collected, verified, and processed efficiently to guarantee timely and accurate payroll.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with processing payroll for all employees on a [weekly/biweekly/monthly] basis.
  • Track and verify employee attendance, working hours, overtime, and leave records.
  • Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in timekeeping and attendance data.
  • Update employee records with changes in job titles, benefits, and pay rates.
  • Prepare payroll summaries, tax reports, and related documentation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries about attendance and payroll issues.
  • Support HR and Finance teams during audits and reporting periods.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
