HR Coordinator

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system and physical files.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation sessions, paperwork, and exit interviews.
  • Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policy updates.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Assist with organizing company events, employee engagement initiatives, and recognition programs.
  • Generate reports and support HR projects as assigned
  • Handling of ecurity Supervisor
