HR Executive / Generalist

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive / HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Handle payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance coordination.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company initiatives.
  • Assist in employee engagement programs and performance evaluations.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and maintain compliance with labor laws.
  • Coordinate with departments to address employee concerns and provide HR support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of HR generalist experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and UAE labor law (or specify relevant country).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (experience with ZenHR is an advantage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
