• Prepare and process monthly salaries through Wage Protection System (WPS).

• Calculate deductions for late arrivals, absences, unpaid leaves, and other payroll variables.

• Update payroll records and maintain employee data and statements.

• Coordinate with HR and Accounts departments for smooth payroll processing.

• Process salary transfers through bank platforms.

• Generate and submit payroll-related reports on time.

• Ensure compliance with relevant local labor laws and internal company policies.

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee payroll data.

• Calculate annual leave salary, including encashment and leave balance adjustments.
