This is a full-time on-site role, based in Dubai, for a Payroll Assistant. The Payroll Assistant will manage and process payroll activities, ensure timely and accurate compensation distribution, assist in payroll tax calculations, and address payroll-related inquiries. Other responsibilities include maintaining payroll records, updating employee information, and supporting compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in Payroll Services, Payroll Administration, and Payroll Management
  • Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and Accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Relevant experience in a similar role with knowledge of UAE labor laws is an advantage
