Payroll Operations Management:

processing end-to-end payroll for a HC of ~7,000 employees, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries, bonuses, and other compensations.

Ensure payroll transactions are processed efficiently and in compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

Ensure all salary components (basic pay, VPP, deductions, overtime, bonuses) are accurately reflected.

Review monthly payroll reports, attendance, terminations, new hires, and adjustments.

Coordinate with HR, Finance, and GHRS teams to validate and reconcile payroll data inputs (attendance, overtime, benefits, etc.).

Work closely with Finance for payroll journal entries, reconciliation, and cost reporting.

Responsible for new hires onboarding process providing orientation and opening their bank accounts.

Managing the payroll help desk, assigning tickets to the payroll team, and meeting the agreed upon SLA.
Compliance & Audit:

Ensure strict adherence to legal regulations regarding wages, income tax, social insurance, and other statutory requirements.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll reports, documentation, and reconciliation statements.

Keep updated with changes in payroll-related legislation and recommend necessary adjustments to internal processes. Prepare and submit monthly and annual statutory reports related to payroll (e.g. tax filings, insurance declarations).

Maintain detailed records to support compliance and audit readiness.
Process Improvement & Systems:

Manage payroll systems and tools to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.

Identify opportunities for payroll process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

Lead or support the implementation of new payroll software or system upgrades.
Reporting & Analytics:

Generate payroll-related reports for finance, HR, and senior management.

Analyze payroll trends, discrepancies, and costs to support budgeting and forecasting.

Provide monthly reconciliation of payroll with financial ledgers and HR data.
the main qualification required for this position is as follow:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

10+ years of experience in payroll processing and management, preferably in a large organization (7,000+ employees)

Expert proficiency in Excel and SAP; experience with other payroll software systems is a plus

B2 level English proficiency or higher

In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements related to payroll

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex payroll data and generate insightful reports
