Payroll Coordinator / Bookkeeping

Seeking a detail-oriented individual to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and payroll duties.

Duties

  • Processing payrolls
  • Processing payroll taxes and W-2’s
  • Post journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records
  • Assist with general ledger reconciliation and financial reporting
  • Conduct clerical tasks such as data entry, filing and organizing financial documents
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information

Skills

  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to maintain an orderly work environment.
  • Proficient in customer support, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to follow instructions and be self-directed and initiative-taking with a strong attention to detail in a demanding fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position offering paid time off, 401k and health insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
