Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee payroll queries. The role requires strong expertise in PF, ESIC challan calculation, payroll software/ERP systems, and Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Process monthly payroll including salaries, wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions and deductions accurately and on time.
2. Prepare and file PF, ESIC, and other statutory challans; ensure compliance with labor and tax laws.
3. Maintain accurate payroll records, employee data, and benefits information
4. Strong understanding of labor laws, tax laws, and social security standards.
5. Verify timesheets and reconcile payroll data; generate reports for management, finance, and authorities.
6. Collaborate with HR and Finance for smooth payroll operations.

Skills & Qualifications :

1. Graduate in Commerce/HR/Finance or related field.
2. 1–3 years’ experience in payroll processing.
3. Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC & statutory compliance.
4. Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas, data analysis).
5. Knowledge of payroll software/ERP systems.
6. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet deadlines with confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
